Meet Kenya Simmons

Kenya Simmons is the owner of T & J Industries Development & Contracting, Inc., Kenya Simmons Real Estate LLC., Last Supper Music Group Record Label, Municipal Pipeline Services, Inc., and Ruby’s Place, a development company. She is a State-licensed Utility Contractor and Licensed Realtor. Certified, LSBE, MBE and WBE.

Kenya is the first African American woman to be appointed to the Georgia Utility Contractors Association Board of Directors, the first African American woman to be the Treasurer of this association, and the first African American woman to be the 2nd VP of the Georgia Utility Contractors Association, the title she currently holds. Her company will be working in Ghana doing infrastructure projects. 

Kenya has served as a Committee Member of the Georgia Association of Realtors. She has also been a top producer all but 1 of her 21 years in the Real Estate Industry earning her numerous awards. She was recently featured in Atlanta Agent magazine and inducted into the Metro South Board of Realtors Lifetime Million Dollar Club.

Complete Online Training

The first stage of your training covers the "soft skills" of golf and can be completed within 60 days at scheduled times. You can expect to get familiar with the rules, etiquette, and other nuances that come with golf. Upon completion of the first stage, you will be given a "Pre-Certification" exam to review what you learned.
